At Health & Fitness Together, we run a number of Small Group Personal Training sessions throughout the week.  At the moment, we have sessions as follows:

The sessions cater to all fitness groups and each class will always be varied.  The maximum number of people in a group is 5 so quality personal attention is guaranteed.
