If you are reading this, Congratulations on the arrival of your new baby. If you feel you are ready to get back to training but aren't sure what to do with the baby, why not bring him/her along? Generally we find babies between 3 to 10 months are perfectly content sleeping or watching Mum get gently back into shape during a personal training session.
