Carl is a Certified Personal Trainer and qualified from UL affiliate, NCEF to Tutor level 3 in 2004. He is also a fully qualified Zest4Life Nutritional Coach.
 
He spent over 20 year’s pursuing a successful career in Advertising when he decided to follow his passion into the Health and Fitness industry.
 
As a keen athlete Carl has won numerous Irish records and titles in the sport of Water Skiing and represented Ireland in 7 European and World titles. He also has a passion for rugby, soccer, athletics, surfing and swimming.
Office Assistant

Fabiane is our new Office Assistant helping out with the daily running of our studio.  Her role includes managing the daily schedule, looking after the blog, all social media plus lots more.

She is from Brazil, fluent in English and Portuguese, and also has a degree in Physical Education.
Personal Trainer John is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and Cornell University. He currently holds a total of four degrees, two of which are at post graduate [masters] level. John’s qualifications cover Physical Education [PE], Psychology, Research, and Nutrition.
Reflecting his qualifications, John approaches his PT work holistically, applying cutting edge Sports Science, Psychology and Nutritional Biochemistry in the construction of individualised programs carefully designed to meet each client’s specific needs and goals. John’s PT experience is vast and varied, ranging from work with everyday people and special populations, to catwalk models [Access Model Management], to elite strength athletes [UK National Powerlifting Team]. He has previously worked as a PE Dept. Head and Teacher [Pres. Terenure], Psychology Researcher and Lecturer [IT Carlow], and Research Psychologist [TCD Neuroscience]. A certified nutritionist and nutritional researcher, John is a proponent of an ‘evidence based’ scientific approach to nutrition, recommending a delicious and easy to implement whole food plant based (vegan) diet, for long term sustainable weight loss, physical and mental fitness , chronic disease avoidance and overall optimum health.

Declan is a Certified Personal Trainer also holding Diplomas in Gym and Studio Instruction, Spin, Boxercise and Circuit Training.
 
Having spent over 10 years in weight and fitness training Declan has excellent knowledge in all aspects of health and fitness and can help everyone from the beginner to the elite athlete in reaching their desired goals.
 
Declan has been one of the most sought after trainers at Fitness Together over the last 5 years.
 
His interests include soccer, boxing, running and cycling all performed to the highest level.
 
Personal Trainer   Mark is a fully qualified NCEHS Personal Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Coach Association).    He has been involved in sports and training most of his life having played rugby from the age of 7. He was a member of the Blackrock College senior rugby squad for two years and went onto play for Wanders at senior level.   He then became involved in rugby league and played for the Irish Wolfhounds in the 4 Nations Championship in both 2002 and 2003. He has excellent knowledge in total body conditioning, core strength and balance techniques.
Personal Trainer

Olek is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and has been practicing for over 5 years.
 
He specialises in weight loss, strength training and kickboxing and has excellent knowledge in anatomy, exercise physiology and functional training.
 
As a keen sports man Olek competed at semi pro football level, swimming, tennis and martial arts.
 
 

Personal Trainer

Jill is a certified personal trainer and Master’s level exercise physiologist. She has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 5 years with a vast clientele, ranging from elite athletes to beginners. She is passionate about making exercise lifelong and maintainable by teaching injury prevention techniques. Her training philosophy is focused on confidence building and self accountability to keep clients motivated and seeing results. Jill is also an avid yoga lover and is currently partaking in a yoga teacher training program.
